2. Subscription Plans
Wild Up Jobs offers two subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription: Requires a minimum commitment of 3 months.
- Annual Subscription: Provides access to premium features for 12 months at a discounted rate compared to the monthly plan.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. Users are responsible for canceling their subscriptions before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
- Technical Errors: If a payment was processed incorrectly due to a technical issue on our platform or with our payment processor (Stripe).
- Duplicate Charges: If you were mistakenly charged twice for the same service.
- Service Not Delivered: If you purchased a premium feature (e.g., job posting or membership) and did not receive access within the specified time frame.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made fraudulently without your authorization.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Change of Mind: If you no longer wish to use our services after purchasing.
- Partially Used Services: If you have already benefited from some features of a paid membership or job posting before requesting a refund.
- Employer Job Postings: If your job posting did not receive applications or the desired candidate response.
- Subscription Payments: Monthly or annual subscriptions that have been used for any duration within the billing cycle are non-refundable.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@wildupjobs.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Provide details of the transaction, including the payment receipt, the issue encountered, and any supporting evidence.
- Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.
- Disputed Payments
If you dispute a payment with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting Wild Up, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.
7. Changes to This Policy
Wild Up reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on our platform, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
